  • These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to any order placed on the LoveToGo website.

    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTCS without reservation.

    LoveToGo reserves the right to modify the GTCS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed.

  • LoveToGo offers an online sales and fast delivery service for intimate products, notably in the form of boxes.

    The products offered may include, without limitation:

    • condoms

    • lubricants

    • prevention accessories

    • playful and informative content

    The content of the boxes may evolve over time. Visuals displayed on the website are non-contractual.

    All products are new, comply with applicable legislation, and are delivered in discreet packaging.

  • Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, with delivery costs added unless otherwise stated.

    LoveToGo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

  • An order is considered final after:

    1. product selection

    2. cart validation

    3. acceptance of the GTCS

    4. full payment of the order

    A confirmation email is sent to the customer after validation.

    LoveToGo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

  • Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card, secure payment provider).

    Payments are secure. LoveToGo does not have access to the customer’s banking details at any time.

    The order is processed only after payment has been received.

  • 7.1 Delivery Area

    LoveToGo delivers exclusively within Louvain-la-Neuve.

    7.2 Delivery Times

    Delivery times are provided as estimates. LoveToGo makes every effort to meet the announced timeframes but cannot guarantee them absolutely.

    7.3 Discretion

    Orders are delivered in neutral and discreet packaging, with no explicit mention of the contents.

    7.4 Customer Absence

    In the event that the delivery address cannot be located, LoveToGo cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver.

  • In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

    This includes, in particular, condoms, lubricants, and similar products.

    No returns or refunds will be accepted for these products once opened.

  • Any complaint must be submitted by email to the address indicated in Article 1, within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the order.

    LoveToGo undertakes to process requests as quickly as possible.

  • LoveToGo cannot be held liable for:

    • improper use of the products

    • allergies or reactions related to a product, as customers are responsible for reviewing instructions and ingredients

    • indirect or intangible damages

    • any event of force majeure

    In all cases, LoveToGo’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

  • Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

    Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

  • These GTCS are governed by Belgian law.

    In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

    Failing this, the Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
